These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of jorthcapital.com (the "Site"), operated by Jorth Capital Inc. ("Jorth Capital," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Site is an offer, solicitation, or commitment of any kind, and nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, or investment advice. Jorth Capital Inc. acquires and services retail installment contracts secured by motor vehicles in North Carolina; the terms of any individual account are governed solely by the account documents, not by this Site.

Not a Dealer

Jorth Capital Inc. is not a motor vehicle dealer and does not sell vehicles. Vehicles are sold by the licensed dealer identified on the retail installment contract.

Payments

The Site does not accept payments or account information. Until our online account portal is available, payments and account matters are handled directly by our servicing team by phone or email. Our mailing address is for correspondence only; please do not mail payments to it.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including the Jorth Capital name, logo, and text, are the property of Jorth Capital Inc. or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems, interfering with the Site's operation, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
