A North Carolina servicing company, plain and simple.

Jorth Capital Inc. acquires and services retail installment contracts secured by motor vehicles in North Carolina. We purchase contracts from licensed motor vehicle dealers after a sale is complete, then service each account from our office — processing payments, maintaining accurate records, and handling payoff requests through the life of the contract.

We are a servicing company, not a dealership. Jorth Capital does not sell vehicles and does not work with buyers before a sale. If your retail installment contract has been acquired by Jorth Capital, we are the holder of your account and your point of contact for payments, payoffs, and title or lienholder questions.

For Dealers

You sell the cars. We fund the inventory and buy the paper.

Jorth Capital purchases retail installment contracts from independent North Carolina dealers. Selling your contracts turns them into working capital you can put back into inventory. If you have a lot, a license, and buyers — but not the cash flow to keep inventory on the ground — we may be a fit.

We advance against each vehicle you acquire, secured by the inventory. When the car sells on a retail installment contract, we purchase the contract at closing. You earn a flat per-unit fee, you never carry the paper, and you are out of the collections business entirely.
